Positive: The location suited us as a whole, except that I thought it was closer to the beach from the description.
Negative: Front door could not be used. Long term broken lock, certainly not a new issue. This made it awkward for different people coming and going. The pull out sofas were a bit ordinary. Hard to say the property was justified to be $1000/ night.
