Positive: the house was nice the location was good Negative: cleanliness , front door lock was broken so couldnt enter via the front door, the door from the garage to the house wouldnt lock so had to sleep with the house unlocked for 2 nights , the house was dirty and there were mice inside the house

The home was beautiful,but the front door we couldn’t use as the key wouldn’t work and the handles broken did contact the host received no reply so we entered through the garage each time.we also found dirty clothing wedged into couch and lollie wrappers behind the cushions in the couch upstairs.our stay was awesome as it was close to shops and family.

Positive: The location suited us as a whole, except that I thought it was closer to the beach from the description. Negative: Front door could not be used. Long term broken lock, certainly not a new issue. This made it awkward for different people coming and going. The pull out sofas were a bit ordinary. Hard to say the property was justified to be $1000/ night.
