large spacious house to suit big family Positive: it’s a large beautiful house. very spacious for a family of 12. it was a nice surprise to see the table tennis in the garage which kept the kids entertained. quiet neighbour hood. shops and restaurants close by. Negative: just a few minor things like no bin liners, hand towels, missing bath mat in main, minimal toilet paper with no spares, one of the beds were not made so had no linen, missing 1 towel, floor not vacuumed.

Overall, a beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious property ideal for large groups. Positive: We LOVED our short stay at City & Surf Getaway. The property is huge with lots of room/space especially when you have older youth and young single adults who need to spread out. We were in Geelong for a family wedding and the space was ideal for our numbers, dinners and some of the prep work we needed to do for the wedding. Its very modern, clean and tidy in a quiet neighbourhood . There is a nearby shopping centre (5mins drive) which was handy. Easy access to Geelong town and other attractions. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Helen was easy and she is quick to provide information when asked. Highly recommend this accommodation! Negative: N/A

Fantastic check in very easy explained Positive: The was perfect size for our booking which was 6 adults and 5 children ages 5years to 8 months old everyone had their own space definitely would stay again.

The property was better than expected. It suited our group perfectly. We found it ended up being cheaper than other groups who were staying elsewhere. It had everything that was needed for us. Had an office which meant two of our mates could still work from home quietly. The kids had a blast playing in the garage with all the games which kept them entertained. The property manager was lovely to talk too as well. Would recommend staying here next time you’re in the area.
