Positive: Great Location for family get together, Waterways and parks with walking tracks, BBQ and play equipment just across the road. 2 Living areas great for the Grandchildren. Impressive views across the waterways on 2 sides of the house. The Kayak's were well used by all. Plenty of space and equipment in kitchen.
Negative: If you are a light sleeper there is a little bit of road noise as house is on a main road in the estate.
