Cute place. Great for adults but wouldn’t recommend for young family.
Positive: It was nicer and clean. The owner let us check in earlier. There were children’s books and board games to play.
Negative: It felt unsafe walking home in an alleyway at night with a young family. The area was quite seedy.

A comfortable well appointed stay
Positive: It was well appointed and spacious and clean.
Negative: At night its back alley entrance looks a little dicey. I wouldn’t walk in there alone.
