Probably not worth 400 per night but overall was ok
Positive: No breakfast
Negative: Bbq needs a thorough clean and ants need fumigating they are up the walls kitchen and bathrooms
The oven doesn’t work easily therefore we couldn’t get it working
Stairwell upstairs needs a handrail

Perfect for a family long weekend getaway.
Positive: Beautifully furnished and well appointed house in a quiet court location. 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to town & beach.
Negative: Beds & pillows could be a little more comfortable. Maybe we are just spoilt!
We discovered the ensuite toilet was unflushed when we arrived which was quite unpleasant for a first impression.
