Ocean Escape- 5 Bedroom, 3 bath- Sleeps 11, beach

All clean and well presented. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful facility, only let down by the unresponsive support staff. Our feedback to the pro Positive: The property was new, clean and well designed. The location was good with very nice views. Negative: It was disappointing that such a beautiful facility did not have better coffee making facilities. Unfortunately the support from the host team made this worse by their non responsiveness to basic queries. So good facility, but needs better support team. While the booking.com description mentioned coffee machine, we were told that a kettle is a coffee and tea making device! We in fact asked prior to the visit if there a coffee machine is included but with no response, we could not come with our own.

Overall, lovely stay would definitely stay again. Pretty close to all amenities. Positive: Loved the size of the property - so much room - spotlessly clean - had everything we needed for 11 adults. Great for large groups. Plenty of games to play. Negative: Could do with a larger tv

Great house layout for larger groups. Breakout areas, plenty of good size rooms, 3 bathrooms. Open deck space is great - pretty weather/wind exposed at times. Would recommend safety strips put on both stair cases down to kitchen/dining area as this is a real hazard. Easily sorted tho. There was no coffee machine despite stating there was one in property notes. Twelve Sea or Dawn cafe are close by and can sort your caffeine/brekky fix.Ocean Grove is a cool quiet coastal town. Would recommend this house for family or friend groups.

The host on the coast got lost. very poor interaction with guest’s questions and sometimes choosing not to respond. very unprofessional. From the beginning our key concern was whether back garden was safe for our dogs. It was not. The place was clean. Doonas were not correct size for adults and unfortunately we had cold nights meaning interrupted sleep.
