Hamptons in Torquay - 5 bath, Pool, Spa & Theatre!

Location odd, lot of building going on, variable performance of facilities BUT host tried her best. Positive: There were significant problems with the access codes and, once the property host connected with us, she did her best to try and resolve but it persisted. Negative: The amount of noise on adjoining building sites (started 9am Sunday morning for instance). We had trouble with the spa temperature... then randomly it seemed to work. We had trouble with the home cinema - eventually the host got it to work on the Sunday.

Beautiful Hamptons style home Positive: The house is stunning. Beautiful hamptons style home. Negative: The kitchen could have more glasses and better pans/baking trays. Not very close to the beach - definitely need to drive. The central sound system was very hard to control and was blasting music upstairs despite trying to turn the volume down.

Positive: Amazing set up as shown in the photos - facilities such as pool & spa, billiard table, media room and all bedrooms had ensuites. Great for a group weekend away. Extra touches like popcorn machine & popcorn fun addition. Negative: Kitchen had key crockery, cutlery etc. Surprisingly there were about 50 coffee cups but only 3 wine glasses. Given the accommodation is for 10 then would have expected more wine glasses.

Negative: We had issue with the front door.Code for the door didi not work. Waiting for a long time to fix it.
