Fine. Positive: It’s fine. A bit tired. Lock up garage is definitely the best feature. Negative: Not sure if it’s the owner or booking.com but the price includes a $300 cleaning fee. This is very high given both the size of the property and the cleanliness.

Great location of apartment, however needs a deep clean and some TLC to be up to standard of rate. Positive: Great Location, easy walking access to supermarket, restaurants, coffee and beach. Apartment had garage which was handy, good layout of apartment Negative: Apartment cleanliness not up to standard. Balcony filthy dirty. Carpets worn in places. Unusual shower base which collected water (didn't drain properly) Beds hard and uncomfortable. Apartment advertised to sleep 8, however that would be a push. Table setting only for 6 and small couch. Luckily there was only 4-5 of us at any one time.

Positive: Great location, well appointed with beautiful modern furniture and good layout for a family, garage too

Property is well placed for a short holiday in Ocean Grove Positive: Property was spacious and cosy and designed well to our needs. Lots of thought has gone into the place and it is well provided with amenities. Negative: Could not fault it really
