Location great but house needs some TLC
Positive: Location was excellent. The house is spacious and nicely furnished. Plenty of room for the dog to roam.
Negative: The spiders and no spray to deal with them. Cobwebs need to be cleaned and cracks repaired. Cockroaches also in the house

Good location. House needs work
Positive: Location was great
Negative: The couch and carpets were very heavily stained. downstairs toilet leaked and seems to have been that way for a long time. Downstairs showerhead is broken. Musty smell in the house. No curtains on a window in the main bedroom. House in general needs maintenance.
