Positive: Location and size. Negative: Driveway was hard for a smaller car.

Pleasant family weekend Positive: The view Negative: Inside. Few items need to b fixed … general maintenance… railing needed on lower staircase…toilet seat in main bedroom loose…thought the windows could have been cleaned..inside house was clean..ran out of hot water for shower there were 9 of us

All was really good..tv upstairs to small for area..

Negative: One of the bed's legs was broken Can't drive the car pass through the gate for the car can hit the ground

Lovely family getaway Positive: The house was a really great set up for our family getaway. We were 8 adults (4 couples) and 3 children under 4 years old. The room configurations were fantastic for us. The location was wonderful - nice and close to the beach and local stores. The view from the upstairs balcony was stunning! The kitchen was well stocked with all the typical things a family would need to cook meals comfortably, and there were some kid's games and other things to keep everyone occupied. The air conditioning upstairs and provided fans downstairs was really helpful for the warm afternoons. And overall, helpful instructions for house rules and logistics on arrival. Negative: The main bathroom door was faulty and wasn't lockable. This meant for quite a few awkward moments between family members, especially with curious kids! There wasn't a trampoline in the backyard as the photos depicted. The kids had been looking forward to that! The quality of the double bunk bed mattress was horrible, and the venetian blinds in that room between the loungeroom and bedroom wall made for some awkward moments, too. Perhaps some little curtains on the inside of the bedroom will help with that.
