Lovely new house in a quiet development, 10mins drive to the man strip/beach Positive: New, clean and tidy. Quiet area. Nice garden Negative: Nothing

Positive: The home was modern . Negative: The home was not clean. Stains over couch. Bird droppings over out door furniture. Vacuum cleaner cylinder full. Kitchen bin dirty. Holes in flywire and main bedroom flywire detached from frame. I had to fix this so I could keep window open. Windows filthy. Sinks not cleaned properly. No way of opening garage remotely. Cobwebs over the whole external doors and windows Large garbage bins full and filthy. Very disappointed overall.

A magnificent new very clean safe property. Beautifully furnished with all amenities. Located in a quaint quiet street, with attractive gardens, and spacious playing area for children and pets. Only 3 minutes drive to Kingston Village Shopping Centre, 8 minutes to the main shops and restaurants precinct in Ocean Grove (The Terrace) and only 10 minute drive to the beach. This is the home you would love to go back to after a long tiring day.

It was a great stay overall, definetky will boom again. Thank you ! Positive: The property was cleaned, cozy and nicely styled. Negative: Couple of dead ants on the bedsheets in one of the bedroom we used.
