Location great and clean indoors. Positive: Cleanliness and closeness to venue. Negative: Terrible smell outside premises and Outdoor area messy and dirty, couldn’t sit outside. Should have been milk cartons or milk pods/pots for coffee. 1st email should have explained how to get in to unit.

Comfortable for me and my dog! We enjoyed our stay. Positive: The closeness to the beaches, Barwon Heads and dog beach. The new bathroom. Overall cleanliness. Negative: It was a bit difficult to navigate driving out of the property. If someone’s not a good driver it could be a problem.

Overall it was quite a pleasant stay Positive: Location was great,apartment was neat and tidy and well appointed. Negative: Wifi was hard to access , but all Ocean Grove doesn’t have very good reception. Outdoor area needed a clean .

DREADFUL. People in complex HATE PETS. DO NOT STAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PET’s WELFARE Positive: MY CAT WAS CAT-napped for 20 hrs by kids from UNIT 3 Negative: I asked for assistance to get MY CAT BACK FROM THESE ALLEGEDLY DELINQUENT KIDS TO NO AVAIL. The unit was dirty: The counter fully stained The coffee machine did not work. There were DEAD INSECTS IN THE MAIN BEDROOM THE PATIL WAS FILTHY HIGHLY OVERPRICED AND UNSAFE COR PETS I have GPS COORDINATES AND PHOTOGRAPHS OF HOW MY CAT WAS HELD HOSTAGE MY CAT HAS A NEW GENERATION TRACKING DEVICE MONITORED BY AI I HAVE MINUTE BY MINUTE ACCOUNT OF THE IRDEAL MY CAT ENDURED

The photos of the property on Wotif somewhat misleading, the outdoor area was very dirty not has not been attended to for some time. The inside was ok but not as per photos. Did not receive check in code, was close to having to source another accommodation but finally receive code from host and check in was delayed.
