The property owner need to be more proactively sending in Check in info and can be easily approachable when needed Positive: It is good size to fit a large group of people. Have 7 bedrooms and trampoline for kids! Negative: Can’t reach out to the owner for any info and have to always engage Bookings to contact the owner. No one answered the phone and returned the call.

Such a warm and inviting property, but let down by the overall dirtiness and maintenance required; several lights not working, ceiling fan not working, blocked drain pipes so flooding around the property when it rained, and a family room that stank of rising mildew. Hosts were pretty much non communicative, ignoring multiple messages regarding a bond refund-finally paid after 3weeks- overall neat and tidy and would stay again if someone else managed it and it and the fly screens were scrubbed.

Great property for big groups. We were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids (between 3 and 9). The kitchen is very complete and spacious. 2 living areas, and plenty of beds.The outdoor area is very big so the kids can run free. And 3 minutes away from supermarkets.

The property itself was great. In fact, it was the 2nd time we stayed there. However, the host was a little hostile. We Positive: Location and size. Negative: Not every room has a heater.

Very memorable and will be definitely coming back again. Positive: Our host, Helen was really nice and made us feel very comfortable. Everything was there in the house. Nothing additional was needed. Nice outdoor space and facilities. Plenty of toys and outdoor activity for the kids to enjoy. Helen even allowed us to have a late checkout and provided extra firewood for the firepit. Overall, we all had a very memorable staycation and we will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Helen. Negative: There was nothing to dislike.
